Article 1 – Definitions

1. Entrepreneur: Two People Artworks V.O.F., trading under the name ‘Barokspiegel’, offering products remotely to consumers.
   2. Consumer: the natural person not acting in the exercise of profession or business.
   3. Distance contract: an agreement concluded via a system organized by the entrepreneur using only distance communication.
   4. Means of distance communication: tools used to conclude a contract without simultaneous physical presence.
   5. Cooling-off period: the period during which the consumer can exercise the right of withdrawal.
   6. Right of withdrawal: the option to cancel the distance contract within the cooling-off period.
   7. Day: calendar day.
   8. Durable medium: any medium that enables information to be stored and reproduced unchanged in the future.

Article 3 – Applicability

These terms and conditions apply to every offer by the entrepreneur and to every distance contract concluded between entrepreneur and consumer.

Article 4 – The offer

Offers are complete and accurate. Images are indicative; due to handmade nature, dimensions (max. 5 cm variation per side) and appearance may differ.

Article 5 – The agreement

The agreement is concluded upon acceptance of the offer. Upon electronic acceptance, the entrepreneur confirms receipt by email and uses secure payment systems.

Article 6 – Right of withdrawal

The consumer has a 14-day reflection period from receipt of the product to register for return and then 14 more days to return the item.

Article 7 – Costs in case of withdrawal

Return shipping costs are borne by the consumer. Paid amounts are refunded within 14 days after cancellation or return.

Article 8 – Exclusion of right of withdrawal

Exclusion applies to:
a. Custom-made products crafted manually by the entrepreneur;
b. Clearly personalized items;
c. Items that by nature cannot be returned.

Article 9 – The price

Prices are inclusive of VAT. Price changes may occur due to tax changes or market fluctuations beyond the entrepreneur’s control.

Article 10 – Conformity and Warranty

The entrepreneur guarantees that the products meet the agreement and relevant legal provisions.

Article 11 – Delivery and execution

Orders are delivered within 30 days unless otherwise agreed. Risk of damage or loss lies with the entrepreneur until delivery. Safety film is applied to mirrors over 0.5 m².

Article 12 – Payment

Payment must be made within 14 days after delivery unless agreed otherwise. Consumers must report incorrect payment data immediately.

Article 13 – Complaints procedure

Complaints must be reported within 7 days. The entrepreneur responds within 14 days. If unresolved, consumers can turn to WebwinkelKeur or the EU ODR platform.

Article 14 – Annex – Additional provisions

- Orders via the website, no minimum order amount.
- Delivery after payment via NL Logistics or in-house.
- Delivery to ground floor door (or floor if elevator is available).
- Prices incl. VAT, excl. shipping (unless picked up).
- Returns for non-custom products within 14 days.
- Custom items cannot be returned unless defective.
- Damage must be reported within 3 days with photo and order number.
- Deviating agreements valid only when confirmed in writing.
- Dutch law applies.
